About the Role:
Vidyalai is looking for a proactive, motivated, and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This is a paid internship opportunity designed for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources. The selected candidate will work closely with our recruitment team and play an essential role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the recruitment team in end-to-end hiring processes
- Source potential candidates through various online platforms and portals
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
- Act as a point of contact for applicants and answer queries
- Maintain records and assist with other HR tasks as needed
